Our Methodology

We focus on our clients financial goals and develop an investment strategy to subordinate that. Whether it be business continuity planning, strategic geographic expansion, or bringing a technological innovation to market, we have significant experience in the process and the responsibilities clearly to assist our clients in navigating through this market environment successfully.

Our process begins with an in-depth interview with a potential client. This helps us establish clear guidelines of the clients’ interests and objectives. We request for financial statements and current business information to study the viability of success.

Once ascertained of the client’s requirements, strengths and goals, we scour through our sources and contacts to look for synergistic opportunities for investment. Our sources include searching bankruptcy filings, contacting business intermediaries, and tapping into industry contacts to gather intelligence related to the interests of clients.

Next, we present 3-5 opportunities that meet the criteria, for the clients to select. Once selected an opportunity by the investor, we develop a business plan to ensure that the investment made has a viable and profitable exit strategy.

We present an offer to buy the business (assets) and negotiate the terms with the parties involved, if the plan involved doing so. If new enterprise, or expansion of an existing business to US, we negotiate with the local government with benefits and terms to ensure the success of the venture.
